The resort, run by the regional government, had a professional and charming atmosphere that reminded me of the Spanish "paradores" or Portuguese "pousadas." The staff was highly professional and the rooms were clean. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the diverse and delicious food, especially the buffet. The location of the resort offered breathtaking views, adding to the overall appeal. I also appreciated that the resort maintained a secular atmosphere, without any religious decorations. it was a classy and elegant accommodation that I highly recommend.

It was a peaceful and beautiful hotel in a relaxing area, just off Cherai beach and Vembanad Lake. The local staff was courteous. The location was awesome and charming for walking around Infant Jesus Church. The authentic restaurant and the beer bar were on site.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration of the hotel. The traditional elements and the attention to detail in the design were truly stunning. The general areas of the hotel were also very well maintained and spacious, allowing easy movement for senior people like myself. , the hotel had great accessibility features in place, making it comfortable for seniors to navigate and enjoy their stay.

I would have appreciated if the children working there were more attentive and trained in providing better service for senior people.

This magnificent resort truly impressed me with its stunning architecture and historical charm. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the visit to the spa. The spa offered a wide range of massages that left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The skilled therapists used aromatic oils and techniques that transported me to a state of bliss. , the resort features an outdoor swimming pool, which was a perfect retreat after a long day of meetings. The pool area was well-maintained, and I enjoyed unwinding there while enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding coconut groves.

One minor setback during my stay was the issue with the WiFi connection.

We would recommend the hotel and staff. No doubt, it’s an incredibly beautiful property. The hotel boasts remote location in the area. Also, it is very close to the Bolgatty Island Resort, and the greenery.

The ambiance and decor of the hotel were simply breathtaking. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was surrounded by elegance and charm. The beautiful furnishings and tasteful decorations created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I appreciated how well-maintained and accessible the general areas of the hotel were. The well-lit hallways and spacious common areas made it easy for me to navigate around the property without any difficulties.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and considerate. Some of the younger staff members seemed a bit inexperienced and lacked the attention to detail that would have made our stay even more enjoyable.
